Celebrating the small victories and the routines supporting my running is vital. Besides those 66 miles, I’ve also been more mindful about my daily steps. In addition to my designated runs, I’ve been actively increasing my daily movement. This means taking the stairs instead of the elevator, going for long walks, and engaging in more physical activities throughout my day-to-day life.
