As I reach Day 8 of this exciting and challenging journey, I find myself contemplating a significant leap: transitioning from my usual 5K runs to the exhilarating world of 10K distances. Today, I’m feeling absolutely fantastic—an unexpected surge of energy and motivation has washed over me.
